During this session, we spend time going through an in-depth assessment. With your consent and what you feel comfortable sharing, we may discuss your past and current relationship with food, movement and your body. Medical and mental health history may be reviewed as well as your overall lifestyle.
Together we will create a plan to get started. We will explore what support looks like to you, identify meaningful long-term goals and frequency of sessions.
These sessions provide you with support and guidance towards your goals. We will unpack current beliefs around food and your body and take small steps towards improving these relationships.
We will process the challenges you encounter, learn ways to cope effectively and celebrate your wins (no matter how big or small!).
